Code & Rate Management
In a large carrier network, managing codes and rates can be a major headache, especially when the interconnected carrier count increases above 10, and many carriers have networks with far more interconnects that that. Code Manager enables a carrier to quickly and easily collate data from all these disparate sources and distribute it for analysis, Billing, Least Cost Routing or other requirements.
Carrier Billing
Sentinel is an effective and scalable solution for Wholesale Billing able to process high volumes of traffic with complex business rules.
Network Performance Monitoring
In addition to straight Billing, Sentinel can be used for network performance monitoring including standard metrics such as Answer Seize Ratio, Average Call Duration, Post Dial Delay, Network Efficiency Ratio and Margin.
Least Cost Routing
Code Manager also doubles as a highly effective Least Cost Routing system, driven by complex business rules and many features to assist with the difficult task of routing a large carrier network in a market of almost constant rate changes. Then LCR module can additionally be configured to automatically reconfigure the switch network without the need for switch engineer intervention. Other bespoke switch configuration tasks outside of LCR can also be configured.
