importance for wholesale carriers, not only
in the network, but also with regard to relationships
with interconnect partners.

allow a carrier to easily record faults
raised by both buyers and suppliers. Multiple
analytical reports are available that will
detail the effectiveness of fault resolution
as a whole, for a particular customer or
even a particular operator. This is a useful
means of showing performance against Service
