Rate Management
Carriers with a large number of supplier interconnects
will understand the overhead associated with
processing multiple rate sheets from suppliers
on a daily basis. Rates are constantly changing
and this information is typically presented
in very different formats and with a huge
diversity of destination descriptions. Processing
this data manually is very labour intensive
and can often lead to costly mistakes.
The Rate Management module
takes the hard work out of this process
- its intelligent destination matching algorithm
will allow upload of supplier rates in seconds
as well as checking for possible inconsistencies.
The destination matching database is very
simple to configure and has the advantage
that it becomes more powerful the more it
is used.
Code Management
Code disputes are also rife in the industry
as every supplier's code list will differ
slightly (and sometimes substantially) from
each other's. Often the discrepancies will
be for high priced cellular or premium rate
destinations and mistakes can quickly become
very costly.
This module allows the user
to upload the code lists of all interconnected
parties and map other carrier destinations
to the user's own (this utilizes the same
matching algorithm mentioned above). The
user can then analyse code discrepancies
between their own code list and those of
other interconnected parties.
It is very simple and easy
to identify potential vulnerabilities or
indeed opportunities and avoid the damaging
effect of code disputes. This module quickly
becomes self financing due to the savings
made.
